Kicked it up a level on the StairMaster today!!! Went to level 10 to finish my Empire State Building simulation climb workout in 22 minutes!!!! For me, I will stay here at this level for a bit to get use to the increase in the level. But man, after the night before, playing an hour and a half game of 6v6 soccer with no subs, my legs were burning!!! I guess that's what's to come February 7th!!! The hard work will pay off!!! My goal is to finish the climb in 30 minutes!!!! What do you think? Can I make it? I have the determination and my eye is on the prize - bragging rights!!! Go out and finish what you started for 2017!!! You will be glad you did!!! Have great day and climbUp!!!
